Shocking
photo's are coming in from Rome, floods caused by the torrential
rainfall this morning are a major problem. Homes are flooded, cars
under water and there are several landslides. Even a sinkhole
appeared in the streets.

veritable "tsunami" of snow today has overwhelmed, as
expected, the Dolomites and the Alps center / east, along the border
between Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and
Austria

This
winter is really incredible. Until last week we haven't seen any snow
at all in Ljubljana, just rain and rain again. It was 4°C - 9°C all
the time, almost for two months
